For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. There’s no restocking fee and return shipping is free. You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We make every effort to represent the colour and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, please keep in mind that the naturally tanned leathers vary in colour and consistency. If your bag is not what you expected, we will gladly refund or exchange your product.
